A deeper bench: Bill Fox joins Zweig Group’s consulting team, will focus on strategy and ownership transition

Jun 25, 2018

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (June 25) – Zweig Group recently deepened its bench with the addition of Bill Fox, who brings a wealth of expertise in small-business administration, financial management, and strategic planning to the firm’s full-service consulting team. Following a decade-long tenure at the University of Arkansas, where he most recently served as director of the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center at the Sam M. Walton College of Business, Fox said he’s ready to do what he’s always done – help businesses flourish. “I'm extremely excited to have the opportunity to join the great team at Zweig Group,” he said. “I look forward to helping our clients achieve and sustain success.” While Zweig Group’s suite of consulting services includes Mergers and Acquisitions, Executive Search, Valuation, Marketing, and In-house Seminars, Fox is expected to work primarily with the firm’s other consulting lines – Strategy and Ownership Transition. Jamie Claire Kiser, the firm’s director of consulting, is glad to have a veteran like Fox on the team. “Bill truly understands the needs of business owners and is a perfect addition to Zweig Group's consulting division,” Kiser said. “I look forward to working with Bill as we continue to grow the firm by staying committed to delivering outstanding service and practical, research-based, buzzword-free expertise to the AEC industry.” Before becoming director of the small business center in 2015, Fox was a consultant at the same center from 2007 to 2015. Before moving to Arkansas to take the position at the business college, Fox was a career counselor at both Florida Atlantic University and Broward Community College. He holds an MBA from West Virginia University, and a bachelor’s of business administration from Florida Atlantic. He is a Certified Business Advisor and a Certified Export Counselor. Fox is married to wife Debra, a teacher in the Fayetteville School District, and has two children, Felisha and Daniel, and a granddaughter, Mya. He lives in Farmington.
