    Zweig Group hires Marci Thompson as Chief Learning Officer; Expands into Washington, D.C. area

    FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (January 30, 2019) – Zweig Group, a global leader in products and services for the AEC industry, announced today that Marci Thompson has joined the firm as chief learning officer.Thompson brings strong educational credentials to the Zweig Group team, having led learning in organizations ranging from 7,000 to 100,000 members. Her experience curating content and designing learning experiences for professionals is extensive, as she has managed training budgets in excess of $1.5 million.“Development and training have become the most valued and in-demand benefits for technical and marketing staff in the AEC industry,” said Chad Clinehens, PE, Zweig Group president and CEO. “Under Thompson’s leadership, our firm expands our educational offerings to remain the leading provider to, and valued partner of, AEC firms striving to elevate their people through learning.”Most recently, Thompson transformed the learning program for the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) while serving as chief learning officer for the organization.
