  • Lamar Johnson Collaborative (Chicago, IL), a design and architecture subsidiary of Clayco (Chicago, IL), announced that it will combine with Clayco-owned architecture firm BatesForum (St. Louis, MO), creating one firm of more than 240 professionals. Link to details
  • Congruex (Boulder, CO) acquired specialized civil engineering and construction firm Terra Technologies (McHenry, IL), further positioning itself as one of the largest end-to-end telecom engineering and construction platforms in the United States. Congruex is backed by Crestview Partners (New York, NY). Link to details
  • Private investment firm Bow River Capital (Denver, CO) acquired full-service MEP and technology engineering firm Dynamix Engineering (Columbus, OH) and energy services company Dynamix Energy Services (Columbus, OH). Both firms will fall under the umbrella of newly created energy services company, Veregy. Link to details
  • Land development services firm Schoel Engineering (Birmingham, AL) acquired 4Site (Huntsville, AL), an interdisciplinary civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture firm. Link to details
  • Capgemini (Paris, France), a global leader in consulting, IT services, and digital transformation, and Altran Technologies (Paris, France), a global leader in engineering and R&D services, announced that they have entered into an agreement for exclusive negotiations whereby Capgemini is to acquire Altran.   • Equistone Partners Europe (London, UK) reached an exclusive negotiation agreement with NiXEN Partners (Paris, France), Initiative & Finance (Paris, France), and the management team for the acquisition of engineering consultancy Vulcain Ingénierie (Neuilly-sur-Seine, France). Link to details
  • RJD Partners (London, UK) backed the management buyout of Land Survey Solutions Holdings (Ipswich, UK), a provider of land and measured building surveys. RJD has taken a significant stake in the business and invested alongside Survey Solutions’ management team. Link to details
