    • Industry leader CHA Consulting (Albany, NY) acquired 85-person CME Associates (Mansfield, CT), a transportation engineering firm with a focus on complex highway and bridge projects, and national expertise in accelerated bridge construction. Link to details 
    • Structural engineering firm Monroe & Newell Engineers (Denver, CO) joined IMEG Corp. (Rock Island, IL), one of the nation’s leading design and consulting firms. Link to details 
    • ECS (Chantilly, VA) acquired Atlanta Environmental Management (Atlanta, GA), a firm that specializes in environmental consulting services. Link to details 
    • Previously announced in November, TTL (Tuscaloosa, AL) completed its acquisition of DBS & Associates Engineering (Clarksvillle, TN), expanding TTL’s transportation design, site civil, CE&I, and surveying capabilities. Link to details 
    • Wold Architects and Engineers (St. Paul, MN) announced its expanded services through a partnership with HFR Design (Nashville, TN).
