Zweig Group expands Best Firms To Work For awards to include special COVID-19 insights for employers.
Zweig Group, a global leader in products and services to the AEC industry, announced an expanded research effort to help AEC firms gather and analyze valuable employee data.

Zweig Group plans to use the massive database of information and their proprietary Custom Employee Feedback Reports to develop actionable plans designed around the firms in real-time. The new Custom Employee Feedback Reports are detailed with firm’s primary data, industry benchmarks, and open responses, plus the expertise of Zweig’s advisory team to help firms make intelligent decisions based on the findings. The Best Firms To Work For program is the largest AEC-focused employee experience contest in North America, yielding over 2.3 million data points annually. The employee engagement survey, the largest component of the assessment, has added new COVID-19 response questions to provide real-time feedback to one of the most confounding times in history. These new questions coupled with Zweig Group’s expanded data capability will give strong insight into how an industry firm’s operations, systems, mentoring programs, marketing efforts, and overall strategic vision are interpreted by staff.
