    • Anser Advisory (Orlando, FL), which is 2nd on the Zweig AE Fastest Growing Hot List for 2020, and a certified Great Places to Work organization, has announced the acquisition of Ascent (Chicago, IL). Ascent is a 30 employee firm that provides capital program delivery strategy and finance consulting, project controls, as well as program/project management.

    • DeSimone Consulting Engineers (New York, NY), a leading full-service engineering firm with offices worldwide, has announced the asset purchase of RRC Engineering (Plainville, MA), a structural engineering firm specializing in the design of data centers.

    • Ardurra Group (Tampa, FL) has acquired Constantine Engineering (Fort Walton Beach, FL), a multi-discipline engineering firm specializing in the water, wastewater, and public works markets.

    • Full-service civil engineering firm, Schaumburg & Polk (Beaumont, TX), has acquired BW2 Engineers (Garland, TX), which specializes in the design of public infrastructure projects in the DFW metroplex. With the addition of BW2, SPI has grown to over 60 employees with 20 licensed Professional Engineers.

    • SAM Companies (Austin, TX), a leading provider of geospatial and construction services in North America, acquired HALIS (McDonough, GA), a LiDAR and imagery acquisition firm. This acquisition continues SAM’s aggressive expansion, with this being SAM’s sixth acquisition in four years.
