    • Global Infrastructure Solutions (New York, NY) signed a shareholder purchase agreement merge with design firm and construction manager,The Liro Group (Syosset, NY) adding 1,000 employees to the GISI organization, which currently has 3,300 employees.

    • Global multi-disciplinary consulting firm, J.S. Held (Jericho, NY), has acquired Perry Associates (Middleton, MA), a construction consulting firm that provides commercial management and project scheduling support, construction claims, time impact analysis, and expert services.

    • CG Environmental (Fort Worth, TX) acquired Mid-America Environmental Solutions and Mid-America Waste Solutions (Carthage, MO).     • Alliance Holdings (Decatur, AL) has completed its fifth add‐on acquisition with the purchase of the US‐based Emissions Monitoring division of Bureau Veritas (New York, NY), a recognized leader in testing, inspection and certification services. The EM business will now be known as Alliance Emissions Monitoring.
