    • Atlas Technical Consultants (Nasdaq: ATCX) (Austin, TX), a leading provider of professional testing, inspection, engineering, program management and consulting services, closed on its previously-announced acquisition of Alta Vista Solutions (Oakland, CA), a provider of transportation-related testing and inspection services. Alta Vista provides a broad array of construction engineering, materials testing, inspection, quality management, asset management and infrastructure services.

    • Woolpert (Dayton, OH) acquired Jviation (Denver, CO), an airport planning, survey, architecture, engineering and construction management firm. Jviation serves general aviation and commercial service airports, state aeronautics departments, as well as airline and related aviation business partners.

    • Tetra Tech (NASDAQ: TTEK) (Pasadena, CA), a high-end consulting and engineering firm, has further expanded its advanced analytics business with the addition of BlueWater Federal Solutions (Chantilly, VA), a leading information technology systems and services firm. BlueWater has a team of more than 350 employees who bring specialized expertise in cybersecurity, mission-critical systems design, and development and operation of federal enterprise systems for U.S. government clients, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Energy, and Department of Defense.
