    • The Kleinfelder Group (San Diego, CA), an engineering, design, construction management, construction materials inspection and testing, and environmental professional services firm, has acquired Poggemeyer Design Group (PDG) (Bowling Green, OH) and its subsidiaries. PDG provides a full suite of design services and disciplines, including engineering, surveying, architecture, planning, environmental operations services, construction management, and project finance consulting to federal, state, and private clientele.

    • Science and engineering firm, Synterra Corporation (Greenville, SC), has acquired Duncklee & Dunham (Cary, NC). The acquisition gives SynTerra its ninth office across five Southeastern states and increases the company’s staff size to more than 180.

    • Transportation engineering firm, BES Inc. (Tampa, FL), acquired the Connecticut assets of M Int’l Engineering (Queens Village, NY). The deal will add construction engineering inspection and structural inspection to BES’s existing services.

    • Property and construction consultancy, Ridge and Partners (Oxfordshire, UK), has acquired structural and civil engineering consultancy, Scott Hughes Design (Manchester, UK). The deal will strengthen the existing Ridge team in Manchester and add a 12th office location in Leeds.

QCC is a globally recognised provider of coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP) design and construction services in overseas markets (Africa, Canada, Indonesia and Russia).
