Zweig Group completes director-level search for THW Design
Zweig Group, a full-service AEC management advisory firm, recently completed a search for a director of finance for THW Design, an 80-person architecture and planning firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Zweig Group was able to complete this difficult search in less than six months in spite of the challenges posed by COVID-19.
John Bray, an advisor with Zweig Group’s M&A and executive search teams, led the search for THW Design.
“Chris Baker was hired as the new director of finance at THW Design and began on October 26,” Bray says. “Chris has spent his career within the AEC industry and brings a wealth of experience in finance, accounting, and driving operational improvements to the leadership team at THW. With CEO Mark Tilden and COO John Enwright planning to retire in the near future, Chris’ acumen and experience will help to fill the voids left in these areas and continue growing THW Design into the next generation of leadership at the company.”
Founded in 1957, THW Design is a multi-disciplinary design studio valued by clients throughout the world and recognized among the nation’s top senior living design firms.
