    Domestic Transactions:
    • Diversified engineering consulting firm, Miller Legg (Fort Lauderdale, FL) has announced a partnership with The HFW Companies (St. Louis, MO) to enhance Miller Legg’s capabilities and continued growth. HFW has extensive experience in national A/E services and the growth of mid-size firms. Link to Details
    • Civil engineering and project management firm, Ardurra Group, Inc. (Tampa, FL) has acquired and merged with Ritoch-Powell & Associates, Inc. (Phoenix, AZ), a multi-disciplined civil engineering firm. RPA will operate as RPA, an Ardurra Group Company, from its offices in Arizona. Link to Details
    • Universal Engineering Sciences (Orlando, FL), a national leading engineering and consulting company specializing in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, building code compliance, threshold inspections, and environmental consulting, has agreed to acquire Alpha Testing (Dallas, TX), a professional geotechnical firm. Link to Details
    • Connetics Transportation Group (Atlanta, GA) has joined Nelson/Nygaard (San Francisco, CA). This partnership expands Nelson/Nygaard’s transit planning and multimodal design services, and augments them with an industry-leading travel demand modeling and big data analytics practice. Link to Details
    • Multi-discipline design firm offering a full range of services including Civil and Structural engineering, PVE (Sewickley, PA), has acquired TEC Engineering (Hartford, CT). The acquisition of TEC Engineering provides existing clients access to PVE’s broad business platform. Link to Details

    • A&M Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. (Tulsa, OK) has announced the acquisition of Environmental Technologies Group, Inc. (Eugene, OR), an environmental consulting firm.     • One of the world’s largest pure play sustainability consultancy, ERM (London, UK), has acquired Stratos, Inc. (Ottawa, Canada), one of Canada’s leading sustainability and ESG advisory firms.
